The participation of Otec Paisii High School in the project "Education is satisfaction, confidence, success." is the result of our aspiration to create a positive educational environment that develops our graduates' sense of well-being and social responsibility, increases motivation for learning, encourages creativity, increases academic achievements. In connection with the identified needs according to the SWAT analysis regarding the qualification of pedagogical specialists, we plan to participate in training courses in the following areas:
-Creating a creative environment in the classroom. Changing the face of the learning process so that every child has the opportunity to create, dream, play and develop their imagination - an engine of their growth.
- Mastering educational applications for teaching and learning in order to integrate them into the classroom.
- Managing an effective classroom where everyone succeeds together.
Mobility participants learned new ways of creating creative activities and forming creative thinking skills; adapt materials tailored to the needs of individual students and model the behavior of adolescents, to inspire them to express their abilities and creative potential.
The creative atmosphere of the intercultural environment was carried into our classrooms.
The teachers who took part in the training courses improved their level of English language proficiency, got acquainted with the latest achievements in the field of educational technologies, acquired skills for effective classroom management, which made them more confident and persuasive in the workplace. As a result, our teachers have the opportunity to put the student in a conducive, calm atmosphere for work, create emotional commitment, build trust between teacher and student, give freedom of action in the classroom while controlling the quality of the educational process.
